- نبذة عن الوظيفة
- تبحث الشركة عن مسؤول إدارة صناديق تقنية مبتدئ لدعم العمليات الإدارية والمالية لصناديق الاستثمار في قطاع التكنولوجيا. سيكون المرشح مسؤولاً عن متابعة البيانات المالية للصندوق، دعم عمليات التقارير، التحقق من المعاملات، والمساعدة في إعداد الوثائق التنظيمية والتشغيلية بما يضمن دقة وسلاسة إدارة الصناديق.
- المهام والمسؤوليات
- دعم عمليات إدارة صناديق الاستثمار التقنية من الناحية الإدارية والمالية.
- متابعة وتسجيل المعاملات المالية الخاصة بالصندوق.
- إعداد التقارير الدورية الخاصة بالأداء المالي للصندوق.
- التحقق من دقة البيانات المدخلة في أنظمة إدارة الصناديق.
- المساعدة في عمليات المطابقة (Reconciliation) بين الحسابات والبنوك.
- دعم إعداد التقارير التنظيمية والامتثال للجهات الرقابية.
- التنسيق مع فرق المحاسبة والاستثمار والتدقيق الداخلي.
- متابعة الاشتراكات والاستردادات الخاصة بالمستثمرين.
- حفظ وتنظيم الوثائق المالية والقانونية للصندوق.
- المساهمة في تحسين العمليات التشغيلية وأنظمة إدارة البيانات.
- المؤهلات المطلوبة
- درجة البكالوريوس في المالية أو المحاسبة أو إدارة الأعمال أو الاقتصاد أو نظم المعلومات.
- خبرة 0–3 سنوات (خريج جديد أو خبرة بسيطة في المالية/المحاسبة).
- معرفة أساسية بأسواق المال أو إدارة الصناديق ميزة إضافية.
- مهارات قوية في Excel والتحليل الرقمي.
- دقة عالية في إدخال البيانات والانتباه للتفاصيل.
- قدرة على التعلم السريع والعمل ضمن فريق.
- مهارات تواصل جيدة باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.
- المهارات المفضلة

- فهم أساسيات الاستثمار وصناديق الأصول
