Junior Technical Project Manager

We are growing fast and we are looking for a Junior Technical Project Manager to support delivery across our growing managed services portfolio. The role focuses on coordinating ongoing service performance after solution deployment, working closely with engineering, data, and platform teams to ensure stability, visibility, and continuous improvement across live client environments.

This position provides strong exposure to enterprise delivery governance, stakeholder engagement, and platform lifecycle support across AI and digital transformation programmes. The successful candidate will be keen to progress their career in Project management with a structured development pathway, including support with with professional accreditations, mentoring and guidance.

Requirements

• Support delivery coordination across managed services engagements
• Track service performance against agreed SLAs and KPIs
• Maintain RAID logs and delivery reporting dashboards
• Assist with backlog tracking and enhancement prioritisation
• Support preparation of weekly and monthly service governance updates
• Coordinate communication between clients and technical delivery teams
• Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies across service environments
• Support release planning for incremental improvements and enhancements
• Assist with documentation governance across service delivery artefacts
• Support escalation tracking and resolution coordination where required
• Participate in service review meetings and stakeholder updates
• Contribute to onboarding of new managed services engagements as required

• AI solutions and workflows, including LLM-based applications, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), intelligent automation, and enterprise AI platform integrations

Required Experience

• 2-4+ years of experience in project coordination, delivery support, or technical programme environments
• Experience working with cross-functional delivery or engineering teams
• Exposure to enterprise platform or digital transformation programmes
• Experience supporting Agile or structured delivery environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline
• Exposure to managed services delivery environments
• Experience supporting enterprise or government transformation programmes
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar delivery tooling
• Experience working in Middle East delivery environments (advantageous)
