Job Description
We are looking for a **Junior Technical Consultant** who is a creative problem solver.
In this role, you will work in coordination with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain Salesforce CRM implementations.
You must be comfortable working as part of a support team while taking the initiative to lead new innovations and projects.
**Qualifications** **Qualifications & Skills**
- 3+ years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Database and data modeling knowledge.
- **Real Estate industry knowledge**
- Professional level in English with good presentation skills and the ability to write documentation effectively for clients.
Core Responsibilities
- Write clean, high-quality, high-performance, and maintainable code.
- Develop and support software including applications, database integration, interfaces, and new functionality enhancements.
- Support the testing and deployment of new products and features.
- Provide proficiency on one or more projects simultaneously while working closely with the project manager.
- Provide the client with expertise in specific areas such as software architecture and technical implementation.
- Apply development methodologies adapted specifically to client expectations.
- Engage in the ongoing pursuit of knowledge to build further technical expertise.
- Demonstrate the ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work effectively.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
