Key responsibilities

• Capture and maintain stakeholder, system, subsystem, and interface requirements, including attributes, relationships, allocation, rationale, verification methods, and status.
• Support functional, logical, and physical architecture models; maintain context diagrams, interface registers, ICDs, and system block diagrams.
• Maintain the Requirements Verification Traceability Matrix and link requirements with test cases, procedures, results, and evidence.
• Support component, subsystem, SIL/HIL, ground, and flight tests; organize logs, results, reports, anomalies, and verification evidence.
• Maintain hardware, software, parameter, and aircraft configuration records; manage engineering change requests and support impact analysis.
• Support requirements and architecture baselines; maintain risks, actions, assumptions, and engineering decision records.
• Prepare engineering information for SRR/PDR/CDR/TRR/FRR and migrate existing UAV information into the new framework.
• Assist with metrics and dashboards for requirements maturity, traceability, verification status, open changes, and risks.

Required experience

• 2–4 years of engineering experience in UAV, aerospace, avionics, embedded systems, robotics, automotive, defense, or multidisciplinary electromechanical systems.
• Exposure to some of requirements engineering, system design or architecture, avionics or embedded systems, integration, testing/V&V, or configuration management.
• Ability to understand hardware/software interfaces and engineering drawings or specifications.
• Basic requirements or modelling tool experience is preferred; Git/version control knowledge is desirable.
• Python or MATLAB experience for engineering analysis or test automation is an advantage.

Technical knowledge and qualification

• Basic understanding of systems engineering lifecycle, requirements writing and traceability, system/subsystem decomposition, interface definition, V&V, configuration management, engineering change control, and UAV/aircraft fundamentals.
• Exposure to Capella/SysML, Tuleap/DOORS/Polarion/Jama, Python, Git, SIL/HIL, or flight-test data analysis is advantageous.
• Required bachelor's degree in aerospace, aeronautical, electrical/electronics, mechanical, mechatronics, systems engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• Systems Engineering coursework or training, or INCOSE ASEP certification, is preferred.
