About the opportunity

Location and employment

• The position is full-time and permanent, based in the Mississauga office.

What you'll do

• Build, test, and ship web application features and fixes across databases, APIs, and user interfaces.
• Maintain enterprise-system API integrations and learn Azure deployment and operations across test and production.
• Gather feedback from users, contribute technical tools for engineering and environmental practices, and handle multi-entity data accurately.
• Follow security, data-handling, and code-quality standards; write documentation and tests; support production applications and triage bugs.

Required qualifications

• Degree or diploma in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, completed within the last two years or by the start date.
• Demonstrated ability to build web applications using a modern stack, such as C# and .NET or Node and TypeScript, React or similar, and SQL.
• Hands-on understanding of REST APIs, relational databases, and Git.
• Curiosity about deployment and operations; cloud experience is a plus, not a requirement.
• Comfort with AI coding assistants and the discipline to understand and test their output.
• Clear communication, good questions, fast learning, and pride in finishing work for its users.

Preferred qualifications

• Co-op or internship experience building software in a business setting.
• Exposure to Azure, Entra ID, or Microsoft 365 development.
• A portfolio, GitHub, or capstone project to discuss; interest in engineering, science, or data-heavy problems.
