Overview
We are hiring a hungry, high-energy Junior Sales Associate to join our fast-growing B2B health and wellness team in Riyadh.
This is not a desk job.
This is a field + sales execution role for someone who wants to build a real career in B2B sales, client acquisition, and high-pressure commercial environments.
We are looking for a fresh graduate with strong ambition, someone who is comfortable being on the ground, speaking to clients, chasing leads, and learning fast through execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive and support B2B sales outreach (cold calls, emails, follow-ups)
- Assist in closing deals and supporting revenue growth initiatives
- Work directly on client acquisition and relationship management
- Support on-ground execution at health lounges, corporate activations, and events in Riyadh
- Handle real-time client needs and operational coordination
- Support senior management in executing commercial deals, pricing discussions, and follow-ups
- Work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment where accountability matters
Who We Want
- Fresh graduate (0–2 years max experience)
- MUST be based in Riyadh
- Extremely hungry, proactive, and commercially minded
- Comfortable with pressure, rejection, and fast execution cycles
- Strong communication skills in Arabic & English
- Not afraid of picking up the phone, chasing leads, and being on the ground
- Someone who wants to grow into a strong B2B sales closer
Compensation
- 5,000 SAR base salary
- + 1,000 SAR performance bonus (based on monthly KPIs)
- Total: up to 6,000 SAR/month, with potential for a salary review and increase shortly after hiring based on performance and demonstrated potential
- KPIs are directly tied to execution, responsiveness, client handling, and sales support performance.
Reality Check
This role is for someone who wants exposure, responsibility, and acceleration — not comfort.
You will be measured, pushed, and trained to operate in a high-performance environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ﷼5,000.00 - ﷼6,000.00 per month
