The Junior Sales Analyst supports analysis and reporting across sales and other functions, working with marketing, sales, BI, finance, and product stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Build and manipulate datasets using queries and formulas; design dashboards and develop reports.
- Help define KPIs and support data governance through standardization and communication.
- Share data and findings with stakeholders through dashboards, reports, and Google Sheets.
- Monitor reporting quality and operational performance, identify improvements, and deliver timely, business-relevant insights.
- Promote analytics through training and provide Sales and Account Managers with account issues and opportunity insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, or a related field.
- At least two years of analytics experience working closely with products and commercial functions in an internet or e-commerce company.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets and queries.
- Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and ability to turn data into business recommendations.
- Written and verbal English proficiency; able to work independently and collaboratively.
