Junior Quantity Surveyor / Estimation Engineer role in building construction, based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (BE/B.Tech) is mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of quantity surveying, estimation, construction drawings, BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs, and material estimation.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of construction materials, specifications, and project costing.
- Good analytical, numerical, and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn under the guidance of senior QS and estimation engineers.
- Candidates currently available in the UAE are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist with BOQs, cost estimates, and quantity take-offs.
- Review civil and architectural drawings.
- Support tendering, pricing, and estimation activities.
- Coordinate with site engineers and procurement.
- Assist with subcontractor comparisons and project cost reports.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 2,500–3,500 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
