Junior QA/QC Engineer

About the Opportunity

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading UAE-based engineering and construction company, part of a well-established diversified group with a strong presence across the region.

Our client is seeking

Junior QA/QC Engineers / Inspectors (Mechanical & Electrical)

to join the MEP team on a prestigious high-rise residential development in Palm Jumeirah, Dubai.

This is an excellent opportunity for junior-level QA/QC professionals with UAE construction experience to contribute to a landmark project.

• Conduct site inspections of mechanical or electrical MEP installations to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
• Monitor installation activities and identify quality issues or non-conformances.
• Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation, including inspection requests, checklists and quality reports.
• Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors and consultants regarding inspections and quality requirements.
• Assist with material inspections and ensure compliance with approved project specifications.
• Support the implementation of Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and project QA/QC procedures.
• Ensure work complies with relevant UAE construction standards and project requirements.

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a relevant technical qualification.
• Previous UAE construction project experience is mandatory.
• Experience in MEP installation and QA/QC activities on building construction projects.
• High-rise residential or commercial building project experience is strongly preferred.
• Understanding of MEP construction processes, quality inspections and documentation.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Suitable for junior-level QA/QC Engineers or Inspectors.
• Candidates available to join immediately or on short notice are preferred.
