Junior Project Coordinator cum Document Controller

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Receive, register, classify, and log technical documents, blueprints, method statements, and correspondence.
• Maintain version control and prevent outdated or superseded drawings from remaining in active circulation.
• Manage electronic document systems such as Aconex, Primavera, SharePoint, or Prolog.
• Coordinate document reviews and approvals with project managers, site engineers, QA/QC teams, clients, and consultants.
• Maintain registers for RFIs, material submittals, non-conformance reports, and transmittals.
• Prepare archives, indexes, and compliance checks for internal and external audits.

Qualifications and skills

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in engineering, administration, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word, Adobe Acrobat, and common document-control or collaboration platforms.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational and data-entry skills, structured thinking, and clear written and verbal communication.
• Familiarity with local engineering and construction standards, documentation workflows, and QA/QC procedures.

Pay

• Pay starts at AED 3,000 per month.
