The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate bulk artwork, cutting instructions, factory requirements, and resolution of production issues.
• Support seasonal factory allocation, Design-to-Production handovers, and style progression into bulk production.
• Manage fabrics and trims through standards, samples, testing, approvals, and bulk orders.
• Coordinate raw material costing, pricing, MOQs, lead times, purchase orders, and delivery schedules.
• Maintain BOM, sales, usage, purchase order, and WIP information in PLM, AP21, and C8.
• Partner with Design, Quality Assurance, Product Development, suppliers, and factories to maintain quality and consistency.
• Coordinate material deliveries, shipments, stock levels, supplier invoices, and stocktakes.
• Manage care label composition, testing, artwork development, and approvals.
• Support production with component issuing, yield management, purchase orders, supplier documentation, and administration.
• Build supplier and factory relationships and support on-time delivery of high-quality product.

What You Will Bring

• Experience in fashion production, product development, apparel manufacturing, or related coordination.
• Understanding of garment production, pre-production samples, fabrics, trims, bills of materials, and purchase orders.
• Strong planning, organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage seasonal deadlines and multiple priorities.
• Confidence working with suppliers, factories, and cross-functional creative and technical teams.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills; collaborative, adaptable, and solutions-focused approach.
• Experience with production, PLM, or ERP systems; PLM and AP21 experience is highly regarded.
