Role overview
Entry-level coordinator supporting procurement and material needs across interior design and fit-out projects.
Works with the Decor & Materials Specialist under close guidance and training, with increasing ownership of assigned tasks.
Supplier and procurement support
- Obtain and review supplier quotations, product details, availability, lead times, and delivery updates; identify errors and coordinate corrections.
- Research suppliers, compare quotations, request invoices and supporting documents, and maintain procurement records.
Material coordination
- Prepare material lists and specifications; research product alternatives and coordinate samples, catalogues, price lists, and technical data sheets.
- Source product images and material information for client presentations and organize the physical material library.
- Occasionally collect samples and small purchases from local suppliers.
Mandatory requirements
- 1–2 years of procurement, purchasing, or materials experience in interior design, fit-out, renovation, or a related field.
- Diploma, English proficiency, valid UAE driver's licence, and own vehicle.
- Good Microsoft Office knowledge, particularly Excel; strong organization, accuracy, communication, supplier follow-up, and willingness to learn.
Preferred knowledge and travel
- Knowledge of interior materials, finishes, furniture, and design is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% is preferred.
