Turnkey Projects LLC is a Dubai-based renovation company focused on high-end residential and commercial renovations, quality, and client service.

Role overview

An entry-level coordinator supports procurement and material requirements for interior design and fit-out projects.

Works with the Decor & Materials Specialist on sourcing, quotations, supplier follow-up, material documentation, and procurement coordination across multiple projects.

The role offers close guidance and training, with increasing ownership as familiarity with suppliers, projects, and processes develops.

Supplier and procurement support

  • Obtain supplier quotations, product information, availability, and lead times based on project needs.
  • Check quotation quantities, specifications, dimensions, finishes, pricing, and completeness; coordinate corrections with suppliers.
  • Follow up on quotations, availability, and deliveries; research suppliers and compare quotations.
  • Request supplier invoices and supporting documents for Accounts and maintain procurement records.

Material coordination

  • Prepare and update project material lists and specifications, including descriptions, quantities, and prices.
  • Research material characteristics and alternatives; request and coordinate samples and occasionally collect samples or small purchases locally.
  • Maintain supplier catalogues, price lists, and technical data sheets.
  • Source product images and material information for moodboards and client presentations.
  • Organize the physical material library by labeling and categorizing samples.

Mandatory requirements

  • 1–2 years of hands-on procurement and material coordination experience in the UAE interior fit-out or renovation industry; related-field experience is also listed in the requirements.
  • Valid UAE driving licence and own vehicle; local collection of samples and small purchases may be required.
  • Diploma.
  • English is required.
  • The posted experience section also lists at least 1 year in fit-out procurement and at least 1 year in materials purchasing or coordination.

Skills and preferences

  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and accuracy are required.
  • Good communication and supplier follow-up skills, a proactive attitude, and willingness to learn are requested.
  • Good Microsoft Office knowledge, particularly Excel.
  • Interior materials, finishes, furniture, and design knowledge is an advantage.
  • Up to 25% travel is preferred.

Workplace

  • Work location is in person.
  • The role may require occasional local supplier collections; candidates must have a UAE driving licence and their own vehicle.
