We are looking for a young and motivated professional to join our team as a Junior PRO /Administrative Assistant.
The ideal candidate will act as the main liaison between the company and local government entities, while also providing general support for the daily operations of the office.
Government and Public Relations Management (PRO) **We are looking for a profile with the following requirements and competencies:**
High School Diploma (minimum).
A Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is a strong plus.
Candidate must be a Saudi National, in accordance with local labor regulations for PRO/HR roles.
Experience
Junior profile. 0 to 2 years of experience in administrative tasks, government relations, customer service, or operational management.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn will be highly valued.
Advanced Microsoft Excel.
Accounting ERPs (SAP, SAP BO, Odoo or similar) - User Level.
Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Financial Reporting Tools - Intermediate Level.
Arabic: Native
- English: Upper-Intermediate/High Level (fluent enough for daily management reporting).

- High Analytical Capability: Numerical precision and rigor in data management.
- Organization and Planning: Strict adherence to financial deadlines (closings) and tax calendars.
- Versatility and Autonomy: Ability to manage both accounting and administrative processes with minimal supervision.
- Effective Communication: Ability to work in multicultural environments and report fluently in English.
- Problem Solving: Proactive approach to solving operational or vendor-related issues.
- Integrity and Ethics: Professional ethics and absolute confidentiality in the management of sensitive information.
