Junior Planning Engineer

We are seeking a Junior Planning Engineer to join our EPC project team in the oil & gas sector.

This is an excellent opportunity for early-career professionals to gain hands-on experience in project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring on large-scale engineering and construction projects.

Junior Planning Engineer

  • you will
  • Assist in developing, updating, and maintaining detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project
  • Support project planning activities across engineering, procurement, and construction phases
  • Monitor project progress and prepare weekly/monthly reports
  • Identify schedule variances and assist in mitigation planning
  • Coordinate with project teams to collect progress data and updates
  • Participate in risk analysis and resource planning
  • Ensure compliance with project timelines, milestones, and deliverables

Education And Certifications And Licenses

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Industrial, or related field)

Experience

  • 0–3 years of experience in planning/scheduling (EPC or Oil & Gas preferred)

Skills And Competencies

  • Basic knowledge of project planning tools (Primavera P6 is a plus)
  • Understanding of EPC project lifecycle
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities
