We are looking for a proactive and organized Junior Operations Associate to support the planning, administration, and daily coordination of interior design and fit-out projects, reporting to the Project Manager.

THE ROLE: What you'll own here.

• Maintain project to-do lists, action trackers, and schedules, ensuring each task has a clear owner and deadline.
• Follow up with suppliers and the operations, design, and sales teams on deliverables, approvals, material availability, and delivery dates.
• Assist the Project Manager with project planning, meeting arrangements, and daily coordination.
• Prepare meeting minutes, record action points, and follow up until completion.
• Organize project files, correspondence, reports, and supporting documents.
• Prepare regular progress updates highlighting completed tasks, pending actions, delays, and issues requiring the Project Manager's attention.
• Communicate project priorities and updates clearly across all involved teams.
• Escalate urgent matters promptly and support the coordination needed to resolve them.
• Remain available for urgent coordination and support outside regular working hours when required, according to an agreed standby schedule.

THE PROFILE: You're probably a fit if…

• You have a background in administration, business administration, project coordination, or a related field.
• You have previous experience in an administrative or project support role; experience in interior design, construction, or fit-out is preferred.
• You have strong organizational, time-management, and planning skills.
• You can manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and follow through on outstanding tasks.
• You pick up instructions quickly and can learn new processes and tools efficiently.
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• You're proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, with the ability to maintain schedules, trackers, and reports.
• You're responsible and proactive, with strong attention to detail and reliable follow-up.
• You have a personal vehicle and a valid Saudi driving license.
• You hold a valid Iqama/residence ID.
