About Sanabil Studio and A27

Sanabil Studio is a venture builder that develops businesses from concept to launch and provides seed funding and hands-on support to ventures with potential.

A27 is building infrastructure to make the end-to-end asset lifecycle in private capital markets more efficient, accurate, and fast for borrowers and lenders.

A27 combines financial expertise, AI, and modern infrastructure, with a longer-term plan to extend into real-world asset tokenization.

The venture has validated promising market demand and is entering its next stage of growth.

Role overview

A27 seeks a Co-Founder and CxO to lead the business from early traction to scale, owning strategy, commercial growth, fundraising, and long-term vision.

The role is based in or requires relocation to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

What you will own

  • Set and execute A27's strategy, from its initial market wedge to a broader structured finance infrastructure and tokenization vision.
  • Build the commercial engine, close initial clients, and grow recurring revenue.
  • Lead enterprise sales to financial institutions, corporates, and capital markets participants, earning trust with senior decision-makers.
  • Raise the Seed round and future capital, and present progress regularly to the Sanabil Studio Investment Committee.
  • Recruit and lead the founding commercial, product, and operations team; partner with the CTO on the product roadmap.
  • Build relationships with regulators, banks, ecosystem partners, and relevant capital markets authorities.
  • Own pricing, packaging, and the path from an initial focused product to a multi-product platform.
  • Establish company culture and operating rhythm from day one.

Candidate profile

  • Experience building and scaling a business as a founder, early operator, or senior commercial leader; fintech, financial services, or enterprise SaaS experience is ideal.
  • Understanding of structured finance, private capital markets, or asset-backed finance, with credibility among senior financial decision-makers.
  • Experience selling complex products to enterprises or financial institutions and closing long-cycle deals.
  • Prior experience leading a team, including hiring and developing people.
  • Strong understanding of the Saudi market and how large corporations and financial institutions make decisions.
  • Comfort owning revenue, fundraising, and board-level relationships.
  • Currently based in or willing to relocate to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.

Bonus experience

  • Experience in structured finance, private credit, debt capital markets, or real-world asset tokenization is a bonus.
  • Networks across Saudi corporates, banks, or regulators, previous seed or pre-seed startup experience, and venture studio experience are bonuses.

Success measures and environment

Success includes client adoption, renewal and expansion; revenue growth with improving unit economics; and a repeatable sales motion.

Success also includes a high-performing team and readiness for a Seed round supported by real traction.

The role reports to the Sanabil Studio founding team, with short feedback loops and influence on company direction.

The venture emphasizes trust, disciplined building, long-term thinking, and institutional governance.
