- Manage and follow up legal cases through court electronic systems and relevant government portals.
- Handle rental, commercial, and civil cases before courts and competent authorities.
- Register legal claims, applications, execution files, and monitor hearing schedules.
- Conduct amicable debt collection activities and negotiate settlements with clients and debtors.
- Manage judicial debt collection and execution procedures until successful closure.
- Draft and review legal correspondence, notices, memoranda, agreements, and contracts.
- Coordinate with lawyers, legal consultants, and relevant stakeholders regarding case matters.
- Follow up execution orders and enforcement actions.
- Attend courts, government departments, and regulatory authorities when required.
- Maintain organized filing and archiving systems for legal records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable UAE laws, regulations, and legal procedures.
& Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B.) or equivalent legal qualification.
- 2–4 years of relevant legal experience within the UAE.
- Proven experience with UAE court systems and legal procedures.
- Experience in rental and commercial litigation matters.
- Experience in amicable and judicial debt collection.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- Valid UAE Driving License.
- Good knowledge of execution procedures and court processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and legal management systems.
- Strong communication, negotiation, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
