Junior Legal Advisor
to join our growing team!
📍 Location:
United Arab Emirates
📅 Experience:
3–5 years in law
🎓 Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Law or equivalent
💰 Salary:
AED 14,000 – 16,000 per month
What You’ll Do
✔️ Conduct legal research and analysis on a range of topics
✔️ Draft and review legal opinions, agreements, and memoranda
✔️ Support contract reviews and risk mitigation for external partnerships
✔️ Assist in dispute resolution and oversee legal clauses implementation
✔️ Represent the organization in legal matters, locally and internationally
✔️ Provide strategic legal support to enhance compliance and governance
✔️ Support claims, litigation, arbitration, and settlement agreements
✔️ Promote ethical business practices and legal awareness internally
Qualifications
- **Bachelors Degree in Law**
- Experience of atleast 5 years in commercial law
- Experience in time management and organizational planning
- Knowledge about basic research methods and reporting techniques
