Role Description
We are seeking a Junior Legal Assistant to support our legal practice with a strong focus on
client communication and case coordination
.
The role involves preparing and sending professional emails to clients, providing timely updates on case progress and hearing dates, and assisting with day-to-day legal and administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate will work closely with attorneys to ensure smooth case management, maintain accurate records, and support overall office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and send

- day-to-day administrative and legal tasks

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Legal Studies, or a related field (preferred)
- Basic understanding of
- legal procedures and terminology
- Strong written communication skills (especially professional email drafting)
- Good organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office tools
- Prior experience in a legal environment is an advantage
