Junior Mechanical Estimation Engineer specializing in HVAC and plumbing systems, joining an MEP team in the UAE.
The role is suited to engineers with one to three years of UAE experience who want to develop project estimation skills.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in developing detailed BOQs for mechanical systems using project drawings and specifications.
- Support cost estimates and pricing for MEP tenders.
- Review tender documents and mechanical drawings for accuracy.
- Assist in coordinating material and labor cost inputs for bids.
- Research supplier and subcontractor rates.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- One to three years of UAE experience in MEP mechanical estimation.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC and plumbing systems, materials, and standards.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office tools.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Estimation Engineer experience of one year is listed as required.
Pay
- AED 3,500 to AED 5,000 per month.
