HVAC Engineer

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of chilled water, DX, ventilation, and smoke management systems.
• Review drawings, specifications, calculations, and method statements for compliance with project and authority requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, and internal site teams.
• Monitor site progress, manpower, materials, timelines, quality, and cost targets.
• Resolve technical issues, design discrepancies, and site coordination challenges.
• Ensure compliance with QHSE standards, approved method statements, and company procedures.
• Manage material submittals, technical approvals, inspections, and project documentation.
• Support planning, progress reporting, testing and commissioning, and project close-out documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 7–10 years of relevant HVAC experience in UAE-based MEP contracting projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, industry standards, and UAE authority requirements.
• Proven experience in HVAC site execution, coordination, testing, and commissioning.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and relevant HVAC engineering software.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple site activities effectively.

Compensation

• The stated pay is AED 8,000–AED 10,000 per month.
