About the Role

Trading and Product Analysis

• Monitor sales patterns and support Trading Move On activities to improve product throughput.
• Assist with product recolours to maintain commercial appeal and quick turnaround.
• Gather insights and help prepare category or collection range recommendations.

Product Development and Operations

• Coordinate samples by tracking approvals, timelines, and internal follow-ups.
• Maintain familiarity with core fabrics and materials to support consistent selection.
• Communicate with partners such as Shein and relay queries and direction.
• Support CAD reviews, trade reactions, and ad hoc product tasks.

Process and Calendar Management

• Help maintain critical path schedules and flag potential delays.
• Support meeting scheduling and diary coordination.
• Prepare presentations and reports to support decision-making.

Market Awareness

• Conduct competitive shopping and market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Share findings with the team to inform product strategy decisions.

Candidate Profile

• Strong analytical ability to identify trends, interpret sales data, and support commercial decisions.
• Detail-oriented approach with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Some experience in merchandising, product development, buying assistance, or related roles.
• Fashion or retail experience, including internship or assistant experience, is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Comfort using data analysis tools or PLM systems.
• Proactive, solution-oriented approach with clear and confident communication skills.
