The Role
Junior Banking & Finance Lawyer / Finance Paralegal (3-Month Contract) – Dubai
We are looking on behalf of our client, a leading international law firm in Dubai, for either a Junior Banking & Finance Lawyer (NQ–1 PQE preferred) or an experienced Finance Paralegal to join their team on an initial 3-month contract.
There is also potential for the role to become permanent for the right candidate.
The successful candidate will support a busy banking & finance team on a broad range of matters including:
1.
Due diligence
2.
KYC and AML processes
3.
Security documentation
4.
Loan agreements
5.
General banking and finance support work
Requirements
1.
Must be physically based in the UAE
2.
Previous UAE legal market experience strongly preferred
3.
Law degree and banking & finance experience preferred
4.
NQ–1 PQE candidates strongly encouraged to apply
5.
Exceptional finance paralegals with relevant UAE experience may also be considered
6.
Arabic language skills are highly preferred
7.
International law firm or a strong regional firm background is advantageous
8.
Must be available to start ASAP
9.
Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to hit the ground running from day one
Salary will be dependent on experience and suitability for the role.
