The Role
We are seeking a highly organised Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant to support senior leadership within a fast-growing international investment group based in Dubai.
This role is suited to a high-calibre EA/PA from a professional services environment (such as a law firm, consulting firm, or financial services company) who is accustomed to working at a high pace, handling sensitive information, and supporting senior stakeholders with precision and discretion.
The successful candidate will act as a trusted right-hand support, ensuring the smooth day-to-day management of executive responsibilities while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
1.
Comprehensive diary and calendar management for senior executives
2.
Managing inboxes, correspondence, and drafting professional communications
3.
Preparing documents, presentations, reports, and briefing materials
4.
Coordinating meetings, agendas, minutes, and follow-ups
5.
Handling confidential and sensitive information with absolute discretion
6.
Travel coordination (flights, hotels, visas, itineraries)
7.
Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders in a professional manner
8.
Supporting wider administrative and operational tasks as required
Requirements
1.
Proven experience as an EA/PA within professional services (law firm experience highly regarded)
2.
Exceptionally strong attention to detail and organisational skills
3.
Polished, confident, and professional demeanor
4.
Excellent English – written, spoken, and reading comprehension (non-negotiable)
5.
Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work autonomously
6.
High level of discretion, reliability, and emotional intelligence
7.
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).
