Support the design, drafting, documentation, and execution of residential construction projects.
Coordinate with senior architects and site teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing architectural drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings.
- Develop and modify drawings based on project requirements and senior architect instructions.
- Prepare 2D drawings and basic 3D models as required.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, structural consultants, and site engineers.
- Visit project sites to understand conditions and monitor design execution.
- Ensure drawings align with approved designs and project requirements.
- Assist with BOQs, material specifications, and design documentation.
- Incorporate site changes and revisions into drawings.
- Maintain records of drawings, revisions, and project documents.
- Support resolution of design and execution issues at site.
- Ensure work is completed within project timelines and quality standards.
Required Skills
- AutoCAD proficiency is mandatory.
- Knowledge of architectural drawings and construction details is required.
- Basic knowledge of building materials and construction processes is required.
- Strong attention to detail and design sense are required.
- Good communication and coordination skills are required.
- Willingness to travel to project sites when required is expected.
Advantageous Skills
- Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, 3D software, or Photoshop is advantageous.
Qualification and Experience
- B.Arch or Diploma in Architecture from a recognized institution.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in architecture, residential construction, or related projects.
Compensation
- Pay is ₹9,299.63–₹25,000.64 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
