Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations on a temporary **4*-**month *assignment.
The ideal candidate should have experience in reconciliation work, good Excel skills, and the ability to manage accounting records accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day accounting entries and bookkeeping
- Perform bank, vendor, and account reconciliations
- Assist with invoice processing, payment follow-ups, and expense tracking
- Maintain and update financial records and supporting documentation
- Prepare reconciliation reports and identify discrepancies
- Support month-end accounting activities
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding financial documentation
- Ensure proper filing and record maintenance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1–2 years of accounting/reconciliation experience preferred
- Strong understanding of reconciliation processes and accounting principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office
- Familiarity with accounting software is an advantage
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills
- Must hold a valid UAE own visa and be available for immediate joining
