Due to the nature of patient care and cultural considerations, this role involves working with patients who may request female nurses.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and perform wound care management.
- Assist in diagnostic procedures and support medical testing activities.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, disease management, and proper medication usage.
- Work collaboratively with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure quality patient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records and clinical activities.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety protocols, and quality standards.
- Provide compassionate care and emotional support to patients and their families throughout the treatment process.
Qualifications
- Valid UAE Registered Nurse license/ Eligibility Letter approved by DHA, DOH/HAAD, or MOH.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in a medical facility.
- Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and time management skills
