Job Summary:

Due to the nature of patient care and cultural considerations, this role involves working with patients who may request female nurses. Applicants who are female and meet the qualifications are strongly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and perform wound care management.
• Assist in diagnostic procedures and support medical testing activities.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, disease management, and proper medication usage.
• Work collaboratively with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure quality patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records and clinical activities.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety protocols, and quality standards.
• Provide compassionate care and emotional support to patients and their families throughout the treatment process.

Qualifications:

• Valid UAE Registered Nurse license/ Eligibility Letter approved by DHA, DOH/HAAD, or MOH.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in a medical facility.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and time management skills
