Due to the nature of patient care and cultural considerations, this role involves working with patients who may request f e m a l e nurses with T a g a l o g
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out detailed patient assessments and develop tailored care plans.
- Administer medications as prescribed, monitor vital signs, and manage wound care efficiently.
- Support diagnostic and medical procedures, assisting with required tests.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, health conditions, and medication compliance.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to achieve the best patient outcomes.
- Maintain precise and up-to-date patient records and clinical documentation.
- Comply with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and organizational policies.
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care while providing emotional support throughout treatment.
Qualifications
- Valid UAE Registered Nurse license/ Eligibility Letter approved by DHA, DOH/HAAD, or MOH.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in a medical facility.
- Proficiency in English, Tagalog; Arabic is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and time management skills
