Job Summary
Due to the nature of patient care and cultural considerations, this role involves working with patients who may request female nurses.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform initial patient evaluations and develop personalized care plans.
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and manage wound care effectively.
- Support diagnostic procedures and assist with medical testing as required.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, disease management, and medication adherence.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and clinical documentation.
- Adhere to healthcare regulations, safety protocols, and quality standards.
- Deliver compassionate care while providing emotional support to patients and their families.
Qualifications
- Valid UAE Registered Nurse license/ Eligibility Letter approved by DHA, DOH/HAAD, or MOH.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in a medical facility.
- Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and time management skills
