Junior Accountant
About This Role
Responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting a company's financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations. Key duties include preparing financial statements, managing accounts payable and receivable, processing payroll, reconciling bank accounts, and ensuring tax compliance. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with accounting.
- Financial reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
- Record keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date ledgers, journals, and other financial records.
- Account reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements and other accounts to ensure all transactions are accounted for and to resolve any discrepancies.
- Accounts payable and receivable: Process invoices, manage payments, and track customer payments.
- Payroll: Oversee the accurate processing of payroll and expense tracking.
- Tax compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant tax regulations and file tax returns accurately.
- Budgeting and forecasting: Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
- Auditing: Conduct internal audits and assist external auditors with their requests.
- Financial analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities to support decision-making.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
