Junior Accountant

About This Role
Scan all accounting and financial documents including Journal Vouchers (JVs), Payment
Vouchers (PVs), and Journal Entries (JEs), and archive them electronically in accordance with the company’s approved filing and document retention protocol.
Maintain proper electronic and physical records to ensure easy retrieval, traceability, and audit compliance.
Prepare and maintain various reconciliations on a periodic basis, including but not limited to:
Bank reconciliations
Supplier and vendor reconciliations
Refund card reconciliations
Noqodi reconciliations
Trakhees reconciliations
Any other assigned balance sheet reconciliations
Assist in bookkeeping activities, including recording accounting transactions and maintaining accurate accounting entries in the accounting system.
Follow up with suppliers and internal departments regarding missing documents, invoice discrepancies, and outstanding balances.
