Role Description

• Check and reconcile daily cash, credit card and cheque collections.
• See to it that all transactions regarding sales invoice records excel file (from warehouse) with deposit and credit card slip and cheque from customers.
• Prepare receipt vouchers for credit customers, that are paying cash and credit card payment after that record it from accounting software.
• Prepare and manage cash flow and cheque flow records.
• Organize receipt vouchers according to cheque flow and submit them for management verification. Some are dated and some are postdated cheques.
• Prepare the list of PDC’s from customer once receive cheque from them and record it in accounting software.
• Arrange cheques for deposit according to their respective dates. Properly checking of the customer cheque (company payee/date/amount in word and figure/signature of authorized clients).
• Regarding some clients are directly contacted our accounting department, collections should be coordinated to warehouse or shop for scheduling for pickup of cheque.
• Maintain and update an Excel sheet for NCND invoices (Non-Circumvention, Non-Disclosure Agreement); referring to collections, print and send to the warehouse every 1–2 weeks for customer cash collection, if there is pending.
• Record foreign currency collections to accounting software.
• Petty cash get from cash sales, warehouse (Sharjah) and shop (Dubai), see to it that any transactions deducted from cash sales should be supported by petty cash voucher, bills or invoices and must approve by supervisor or manager.
