About This Role
Process supplier invoices, payments, and expense reimbursements.
Record and track customer payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate receivable records.
Reconcile supplier and customer accounts regularly.
Prepare and post bank entries, and reconcile accounts in AED, USD, and other currencies.
Basic understanding of multiple lines of business and cost centers, including cost allocation and basic reporting.
Assist Senior Accountant in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Maintain organized and up-to-date accounting records and documentation.
Provide support during internal and external audits.
Ensure adherence to company policies, statutory regulations, and VAT compliance.
Support senior accountant with ad-hoc accounting tasks.
