About the Role
We are looking for a Junior Accountant to support day-to-day accounting activities, including invoice processing, reconciliations, and preparation of financial records for audits.
Responsibilities
- Process invoices, payments, and expense records accurately
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable
- Perform bank and ledger reconciliations
- Maintain organized financial records and supporting documents
- Support month-end closing activities
- Assist in preparing documents required for audits
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and accounting standards
Requirements
- 2-4 years of accounting experience
- Basic understanding of accounting principles (AP, AR, reconciliations)
- Experience with accounting systems (e.g., Xero, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, etc.)
- Good Excel skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Xero Accounting platform experience is plus
