Jr. Quantity Surveyor/Planning Engineer

Role Overview

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying is required.
• Two to three years of relevant experience in a civil construction project or site environment is required.
• UAE or GCC construction experience is advantageous.

Required Knowledge and Skills

• Basic knowledge of Primavera P6 is required.
• Basic understanding of project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking is required.
• Basic knowledge of quantity measurement, BOQ, and project documentation is required.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, is required.
• Good communication and coordination skills are required.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and updating project schedules.
• Monitor project progress against planned activities.
• Assist with quantity measurements and BOQ preparation.
• Support progress reports and project documentation.
• Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Track project quantities, activities, and completion status.
• Maintain proper records of project progress and related documents.

Compensation

• The advertised pay is AED 3,000 to AED 4,000 per month.
