Jr. Planning Engineer

Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and updating project schedules and work programmes.
• Monitor planned activities and timelines, and collect daily and weekly progress data from site teams.
• Prepare progress reports, look-ahead schedules, and other planning documents.
• Coordinate with site engineers, project teams, and subcontractors to track progress.
• Identify delays, report schedule deviations, and maintain planning records and project documentation.
• Support the Planning Manager or Project Manager with day-to-day planning activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 2–3 years of planning or project coordination experience; civil, marine, or construction project experience is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Primavera P6 is required; one year of Primavera P6 experience is listed as preferred.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office, plus communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work at the Ras Al Khaimah project site; current UAE availability is preferred.

Compensation

• Pay is AED 3,000–4,000 per month.

• Work location is in person at the Ras Al Khaimah project site.
