Overview

  • ***Position Overview:***
  • *At LPS, as a* ***Jr.
  • Art Director****, you will play a key role in shaping bold, visually compelling, and culturally relevant creative work across luxury, beauty, fashion, fragrance, and lifestyle brands.
  • Based in Dubai, you will help develop digital-first campaigns that merge strong conceptual thinking with elevated visual execution, ensuring every output reflects premium design standards and contemporary storytelling.*
  • *You will collaborate closely with creative directors, senior art directors, designers, copywriters, and production teams to bring ideas to life across digital, social, and integrated campaign touchpoints.
  • Your understanding of luxury aesthetics, combined with strong technical design skills and emerging AI tools, will help push the creative output of LPS to a higher standard across regional and global clients.*
  • ***Key Responsibilities:***
  • *Own and support the end-to-end creative process from idea generation to execution, translating briefs into distinctive visual concepts.*
  • *Develop strong, insight-led conceptual thinking that aligns with luxury positioning and brand strategy.*
  • *Lead visual exploration and direction across campaigns, ensuring consistency, clarity, and craft excellence.*
  • *Collaborate with Creative Directors, Senior Art Directors, designers, copywriters, and production teams to elevate creative output.*
  • *Use AI tools as part of the creative process for ideation, moodboarding, visual exploration, and rapid concept development.*
  • *Present creative concepts, moodboards, and visual directions confidently to internal teams and stakeholders.*
  • *Ensure seamless execution of campaigns across digital, social, and offline platforms in collaboration with production teams.*
  • *Maintain alignment with brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries within luxury and lifestyle communication.*
  • *Stay updated with emerging design trends, luxury aesthetics, digital culture, and AI-driven creative workflows.*
  • *Contribute to a collaborative, fast-paced environment with a strong focus on quality, innovation, and detail.*

***Required Skills & Experience:***

  • ***5+ years*** *of experience in art direction within creative, digital, or advertising agencies.*
  • *Strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking, premium aesthetics, and integrated campaign execution across luxury, beauty, fragrance, fashion, or lifestyle brands.*
  • *Strong understanding of branding, typography, composition, layout, and luxury visual language.*
  • *Experience creating content for digital and social platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Reels, and emerging channels.*
  • *Proven ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams including design, copy, motion, and production.*
  • *Hands-on experience with AI tools for ideation, visual development, and creative enhancement workflows.*
  • *Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), with basic understanding of After Effects or motion design workflows.*
  • *Strong presentation and communication skills, with ability to clearly articulate creative thinking.*
  • *Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.*
  • *Strong awareness of luxury communication trends and contemporary digital storytelling.*
  • *Detail-oriented, proactive, collaborative, and highly design-sensitive.*
  • *Strong English communication skills; Arabic is a plus.*
  • Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED17,000.00 per month
