- ***Position Overview:***
- *We are seeking an Integrated* ***Junior Art Director*** *with client facing experience, campaign leadership and experience in social/ digital engagements.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating visually compelling content and campaigns that engage and captivate audiences across various digital platforms.*
- ***Note:*** *This is a Full-time job*
- ***Key Responsibilities:***
- *Own and support the end-to-end creative process from idea generation to execution, translating briefs into distinctive visual concepts.*
- *Develop strong, insight-led conceptual thinking that aligns with luxury positioning and brand strategy.*
- *Lead visual exploration and direction across campaigns, ensuring consistency, clarity, and craft excellence.*
- *Collaborate with Creative Directors, Senior Art Directors, designers, copywriters, and production teams to elevate creative output.*
- *Use AI tools as part of the creative process for ideation, moodboarding, visual exploration, and rapid concept development.*
- *Present creative concepts, moodboards, and visual directions confidently to internal teams and stakeholders.*
- *Ensure seamless execution of campaigns across digital, social, and offline platforms in collaboration with production teams.*
- *Maintain alignment with brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries within luxury and lifestyle communication.*
- *Stay updated with emerging design trends, luxury aesthetics, digital culture, and AI-driven creative workflows.*
- *Contribute to a collaborative, fast-paced environment with a strong focus on quality, innovation, and detail.*
***Required Skills & Experience:***
- ***3+ years*** *of experience in art direction within creative, digital, or advertising agencies.*
- *Excellent communication skills in both* ***English and Arabicare a must.***
- *Strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking, premium aesthetics, and integrated campaign execution across luxury, beauty, fragrance, fashion, or lifestyle brands.*
- *Strong understanding of branding, typography, composition, layout, and luxury visual language.*
- *Experience creating content for digital and social platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Reels, and emerging channels.*
- *Proven ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams including design, copy, motion, and production.*
- *Hands-on experience with AI tools for ideation, visual development, and creative enhancement workflows.*
- *Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), with basic understanding of After Effects or motion design workflows.*
- *Strong presentation and communication skills, with ability to clearly articulate creative thinking.*
- *Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.*
- *Strong awareness of luxury communication trends and contemporary digital storytelling.*
- *Detail-oriented, proactive, collaborative, and highly design-sensitive.*
- Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED17,000.00 per month
