joinery production Supervisor

About This Role

• Supervise daily joinery workshop operations (cutting, assembling, finishing).
• Manage carpenters, machine operators, and helpers.
• Ensure production targets and project deadlines are met.
• Interpret technical drawings and coordinate with design/site teams.
• Monitor quality of woodwork, finishes, and fittings.
• Plan material usage and reduce wastage.
• Ensure machinery is properly maintained and used safely.
• Enforce HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards as per UAE regulations.
• Coordinate with procurement for materials and hardware.
• Track production progress and prepare daily/weekly reports.
• Resolve workshop issues and improve productivity.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of materials and finished goods.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
