- Supervise daily joinery workshop operations (cutting, assembling, finishing).
- Manage carpenters, machine operators, and helpers.
- Ensure production targets and project deadlines are met.
- Interpret technical drawings and coordinate with design/site teams.
- Monitor quality of woodwork, finishes, and fittings.
- Plan material usage and reduce wastage.
- Ensure machinery is properly maintained and used safely.
- Enforce HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards as per UAE regulations.
- Coordinate with procurement for materials and hardware.
- Track production progress and prepare daily/weekly reports.
- Resolve workshop issues and improve productivity.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of materials and finished goods.
- MUST HAVE 3 TO 4 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN I NTERIOR FITOUT COMPANY ONLY
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
