Experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all finance, accounting, and treasury functions of the company.
• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
• Monitor company cash flow, working capital, and liquidity requirements.
• Oversee project costing, profitability analysis, and financial performance of ongoing projects.
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and management reports.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general accounting operations.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations, corporate tax requirements, and other statutory obligations.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and implement financial controls.
• Establish and maintain effective financial policies, procedures, and risk management frameworks.
• Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
• Manage banking relationships, financing arrangements, and credit facilities.
• Support contract reviews, project budgeting, and tender financial evaluations.
• Present financial reports and strategic recommendations to senior management.
• Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team to achieve departmental goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
• Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, CA, or equivalent is preferred.
• 5–6 years of UAE experience in Finance and Accounts, preferably within an Interior Fit-Out, Construction, Contracting, or Engineering company.
• Strong knowledge of financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and project accounting.
• In-depth understanding of UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and financial regulations.
• Experience in ERP and accounting systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in project-based financial management.
• Knowledge of cost control, contract accounting, and profitability analysis.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong negotiation and banking relationship management skills.
• Strategic planning and business partnering capabilities.
