Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead and manage all human resources functions within our organization.
The ideal candidate will have 5–6 years of UAE HR experience, preferably in the interior fit-out, construction, or contracting sector, with strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training, and offboarding.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices in line with company objectives and UAE labor laws.
- Lead recruitment activities, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding of employees.
- Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation accurately and confidentially.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law, company policies, and statutory requirements.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution professionally.
- Coordinate visa processing, work permits, labor contracts, renewals, and other government-related HR activities.
- Manage attendance, leave records, payroll inputs, and employee benefits administration.
- Conduct performance appraisals and support employee development initiatives.
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs.
- Prepare HR reports, manpower planning reports, and workforce analytics for management.
- Support organizational development initiatives and employee engagement programs.
- Liaise with government authorities, free zones, and external service providers as required.
- Ensure a positive work environment and promote company culture and values.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 5–6 years of UAE HR experience, preferably in an Interior Fit-Out, Construction, Contracting, or Engineering company.
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law, visa procedures, and HR best practices.
- Experience managing end-to-end recruitment and employee lifecycle processes.
- Proficiency in HRMS software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in workforce planning and talent acquisition.
- Knowledge of payroll administration and employee benefits management.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Experience dealing with government portals and labor-related procedures in the UAE.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced project-driven environment.
