HR Manager

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training, and offboarding.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices in line with company objectives and UAE labor laws.
• Lead recruitment activities, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding of employees.
• Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation accurately and confidentially.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law, company policies, and statutory requirements.
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution professionally.
• Coordinate visa processing, work permits, labor contracts, renewals, and other government-related HR activities.
• Manage attendance, leave records, payroll inputs, and employee benefits administration.
• Conduct performance appraisals and support employee development initiatives.
• Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs.
• Prepare HR reports, manpower planning reports, and workforce analytics for management.
• Support organizational development initiatives and employee engagement programs.
• Liaise with government authorities, free zones, and external service providers as required.
• Ensure a positive work environment and promote company culture and values.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 5–6 years of UAE HR experience, preferably in an Interior Fit-Out, Construction, Contracting, or Engineering company.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law, visa procedures, and HR best practices.
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment and employee lifecycle processes.
• Proficiency in HRMS software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.

• Experience in workforce planning and talent acquisition.
• Knowledge of payroll administration and employee benefits management.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Experience dealing with government portals and labor-related procedures in the UAE.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced project-driven environment.
