About the Role
A leading contracting company in the UAE is urgently seeking an experienced Joinery/Furniture Draughtsman cum Factory Coordinator with strong expertise in joinery drafting, interior fit-out projects, and factory operations.

Key Responsibilities
-Prepare detailed joinery shop drawings for doors, wardrobes, cabinets, kitchens, wall paneling, and custom furniture
-Develop section details, material take-offs, cutting lists, and assembly drawings
-Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and site conditions
-Coordinate with designers, engineers, and project managers
-Issue approved drawings to the production team
-Plan and monitor factory production schedules
-Coordinate between production supervisors, machine operators, and installation teams
-Manage procurement of factory materials
-Ensure quality standards are maintained during manufacturing
-Report production progress to management
-Maintain drawing registers and revision logs
-Prepare BOQs and material quantity reports

Requirements
-Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in joinery drafting and interior fit-out projects
-Strong knowledge of factory coordination and production processes
-Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
-Good communication and coordination skills
