We're Hiring: Joinery Estimator
**JMJ Interiors LLC** is looking for an experienced **Joinery Estimator** to join our growing team in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate quotations and cost estimates for joinery and interior fit-out projects.
- Meet clients, understand their requirements, and provide professional support and solutions.
- Conduct site visits and take accurate measurements for project execution.
- Coordinate and manage workshop operations and production teams.
- Supervise workers and ensure projects are completed on time and to quality standards.
- Handle client communications and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Monitor site activities, identify challenges, and resolve project-related issues efficiently.
Requirements
- Experience in joinery estimation and interior fit-out projects
- Strong knowledge of joinery materials and manufacturing processes
- Ability to read technical drawings and prepare quotations
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills
- Ability to manage workshop staff and site teams effectively
