- Manage joinery workshop operations and production activities.
- Review drawings, prepare estimates, and material take-offs.
- Conduct site visits and take accurate measurements.
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and project teams.
- Monitor fabrication and installation to meet project deadlines.
- Resolve technical issues and ensure quality standards.
- Attend client meetings and communicate project requirements effectively.
- Strong knowledge of joinery production, materials, and fit-out processes.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in joinery, woodworking, fit-out, or interior contracting projects.
- Strong knowledge of joinery production processes, materials, hardware, and finishing techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, shop drawings, and specifications.
- Excellent site measurement and surveying skills.
- Strong coordination, communication, and client management abilities.
