Dubai We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager with experience in the interior design / fit-out industry to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and acquire clients
- Meet prospective clients, understand project requirements, and convert leads into successful projects
- Collaborate closely with design and execution teams to ensure seamless project delivery
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Designers, builders, consultants, and key stakeholders
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth objectives
Desired Profile
- 3–6 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition within the interior design, fit-out, or construction industry
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of residential and commercial interior projects
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and passionate about building lasting client relationships.
