Job Title: PMC Project Manager

Role overview

Project management and execution

• Lead PMC project management and multidisciplinary teams and act as primary interface with ADNOC Offshore, contractors, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• Set project priorities and governance, lead progress reviews, and coordinate engineering disciplines and project functions.
• Oversee engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, offshore installation, hook-up, pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up, and handover.
• Monitor contractor performance, deliverables, schedules, milestones, interfaces, and corrective or recovery measures.

Stakeholders, HSE, and quality

• Maintain stakeholder relationships and report progress, schedule, cost, risks, opportunities, and key issues.
• Lead resolution of major technical, contractual, commercial, and execution issues; escalate matters requiring intervention.
• Lead HSE performance, promote a strong safety culture, and ensure project-wide HSE requirements.
• Ensure contractor compliance with quality requirements, inspection and testing plans, and applicable ADNOC requirements; resolve significant quality issues and NCRs.

Project controls and contracts

• Oversee schedule, progress, costs, critical path activities, forecasts, and recovery plans.
• Manage project risks, opportunities, changes, potential claims, cost control, forecasting, and commercial governance.
• Monitor contractor contractual compliance and performance; support assessment of variations, orders, claims, and contractual matters.
• Coordinate with Contracts and Commercial teams to identify and mitigate contractual and commercial risks.

Qualifications and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering from a recognized university.
• Postgraduate qualification in Engineering or Project Management is an advantage; PMP or equivalent certification is preferred.
• Extensive Oil & Gas experience, including major offshore projects, and senior Project Manager, PMC Project Manager, or Project Director-level experience.
• Strong PMC/client-side management and EPC/EPCI contractor supervision experience; ADNOC Offshore experience is highly preferred.
• Offshore project experience covering engineering through commissioning, plus experience managing large multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience with offshore platforms or wellhead towers, pipelines, process facilities, and brownfield or greenfield modifications is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of project controls, scheduling, cost, risk, and change management; contractual and commercial awareness.
• Excellent client-facing, leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
