With expertise in sports rights, commercialization, franchise structuring, and sports real estate integration, SSF creates intellectual properties with long-term value.
SSF has developed prominent sports events, including the Dubai Open for Tennis Academies, one of Dubai's early international pickleball tournaments, and UAE's first-ever Mixed-Gender Corporate Sports League.
SSF collaborates with sports councils, government bodies, private investors, and high-net-worth individuals to transform sports investment opportunities into institutionally viable assets.
Our mission is to position the Middle East as a global hub for next-generation sports intellectual property.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site professional role based in Dubai.
The selected individual will be responsible for working on the development, management, and execution of sports-related intellectual properties and commercial strategies.
Key tasks include market research, stakeholder collaboration, event planning, sponsorship acquisition, and sports IP execution.
Additional responsibilities may involve liaising with clients and partners, assisting in commercial architecture design, and providing support for franchise and sports real estate initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in market research, sports IP conceptualization, and commercial strategy development
- Experience in sponsorship acquisition, franchise management, and client relationship management
- Ability to collaborate and communicate with diverse stakeholders in sports bodies, government entities, and private investors
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in event planning and project execution
- Background in sports business, marketing, or a related field, with an understanding of Middle East sports markets
- Familiarity with intellectual property laws and secondary market structure
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic or other regional languages is advantageous
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related disciplines
