Job Title: Procurement Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented Procurement Executive to manage sourcing, purchasing, and supplier coordination activities.

The ideal candidate should ensure timely procurement of goods and services at the best quality and cost while maintaining strong supplier relationships and compliance with company policies.

Source and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery performance Obtain quotations and prepare cost comparisons for management approval Issue purchase orders and ensure timely procurement of materials/services Negotiate with suppliers to achieve best pricing and terms Monitor supplier performance and maintain updated supplier database Coordinate with internal departments for purchase requirements Track orders and ensure on-time delivery of goods and services Resolve issues related to shortages, delays, or damaged goods Maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, and documentation Support cost reduction and procurement efficiency initiatives Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field 2–5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing role Strong negotiation and communication skills Good understanding of procurement processes and vendor management Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) Strong analytical and decision-making abilities Attention to detail and organizational skills
