Role purpose

Design, manage, and improve pension products and digital solutions, using market research to meet customer needs and comply with UAE regulations.

Support members’ financial security, financial literacy, and retirement readiness.

Member support and advisory services

  • Promote early retirement planning and help retirees manage their finances and meet financial goals.
  • Lead a retirement-specialist team delivering approximately 5,000 hours of free personal financial-planning consultations each year.
  • Implement remote consultation options and an online appointment-booking system.
  • Tailor planning products and advisory services to members’ and subscribers’ needs.

Research and product management

  • Research market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to inform product strategies.
  • Design and manage pension products, including digital solutions such as e-wallets and financial-planning tools.
  • Develop frameworks for financial literacy and retirement readiness.
  • Monitor product performance and customer feedback, identify improvements, and track product key performance indicators.

Partnerships and delivery

  • Collaborate with educational institutions, financial advisers, and other partners to promote financial literacy.
  • Assess strategic partners through surveys in collaboration with the Strategy and Future Department.
  • Ensure new pension products are implemented smoothly in line with customer needs and organizational objectives.

Compliance and reporting

  • Ensure product activities comply with UAE regulations and data privacy standards.
  • Prepare internal and external reports on product performance, achievements, and improvement areas.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of product policies, development processes, and partnerships.

Qualifications and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • At least six years of experience in a pension company or a similar or related field.

Self-management

Agree annual performance goals with the line manager and work toward achieving them.

Identify and agree training and development needs, pursue required training, and maintain professional knowledge through continuing learning.
